Can you believe we’re halfway through Q1 already? I hope 2017 is off to a great start for your business and you’re staying motivated, hitting your goals and rocking and rolling.
I’ve got a few updates for you this month… starting with a great accomplishment for our Operations team! Q4 of 2016 was our most successful onboarding quarter in Ytel history with a 96% onboarding rate. Ytel Ops is an incredibly dedicated team, and these milestones prove their hard work paying off!

February is American Heart Month You can prevent heart disease!
American Heart Month arrives each February. Cardiovascular disease persists as the top killer of both men and women in the United States, ahead of cancer. A heart-healthy lifestyle goes a long way toward prevention of this disease, even if you have a family history of it.
Ways to promote a healthy heart:
Check in with your healthcare provider so that risk factors for heart disease can be assessed.
Stop smoking.
Exercise daily: Start slowly and increase gradually to a goal of at least 30 minutes per day. Calculate your target heart rate range and stay within that range during your exercise - Target Heart Rate from the American Heart Association.
Follow a heart-healthy diet that is low in sodium, sugars, and fat. Avoid red meat in general, and if you do consume it occasionally, choose only lean cuts of meat. DASH Lifestyle
Maintain a lean and healthy body weight.
Keep your mind healthy, too, and avoid unnecessary stress.
Educate your friends and family about heart disease prevention.
