Happy New Year!

I’m writing to you today from our brand new digs. 2016 was a year of massive growth for Ytel. We hired a ton of new employees, so you can imagine that we ran out of room at HQ! We were lucky enough to expand into the office building next door, where we relocated some of our Developers and Marketing team. We call it Ytel Labs where brainstorming, collaboration, and our most important product development and delivery happens.

On another exciting note, we are spotlighting one of our flagship customers for message360° this month! Riip Digital is EXPLODING with success right now. They are helping thousands of businesses send text messages every day. Take a few minutes and read the article below about Riip Digital, and how their text platform DigiTXT is quickly becoming an industry leader.

Calling all X5 Cloud Contact Center agents - we've got exciting news! Click2Call is now available to download as a Chrome Extension. This extension will allow agents to click on any phone number displayed as text in the browser, and will automatically launch a call to that number in X5. Read on for instructions on how to download the extension onto your browser for easy use.
