Hi There,
In the blink of an eye, it's already March and nearing the end of the first quarter of the year. Over the last couple months we have seen a tremendous amount of growth, not with just our team, but also with new solutions and customers. We've added new Customer Success Managers, trainers, and a entirely new team in Canada!
I wanted to spotlight one of our Customer Success Managers, Alex Treichler, who is knocking it out of the park from a customer experience standpoint! This week a new customer of ours had these great words to say about him:

The New & Improved X5 Mobile Admin App Providing real-time activity for call center admin
We have been working hard on our X5 Admin app and are excited to share some of the newest updates. With the X5 app, admin can see how many agents are on calls, waiting, paused, in dead calls, or performing disposition, all from their Smartphone or tablet. We took this a step further by creating a graph view of the real-time agent activity dashboard.
Ytel is Growing! An exciting update from Ytel HQ
We’ve talked a lot about how we’re expanding in size so we can provide the best products and support for you, our valued customers. This month, we opened an office in Ottawa, Canada that will house some of our Sales team and a few other key positions! The Ytel team is very excited to experience this growth and gain new real estate on a global scale.
