This month we have an exciting promotion that we’re running, but before we talk about how you can get some cool Ytel gear, I want to give a BIG shout out to the Ytel Smart Support team!

Just last week our Smart Support team solved 100,000 Support tickets! We’ve worked with Zendesk since the beginning and after all this time, we continue to maintain one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry. I kid you not! In 2015, we were Customer Service Leader of the Year and maintained a 98% Customer Satisfaction rating, too.
